About The Doctors
Dr. Elizabeth Craig grew up on a dairy farm in Iowa. She is married to Spencer and they have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. She practiced as an Intensive Care Unit nurse for 15 years before graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1991. She bought Dr. John Whitfield's practice at 109 West Blythe Street and opened Paris Family Chiropractic in 1992. She moved to the current location at 1203 East Wood Street in 2003. In 2008 she completed her requirements to practice chiropractic acupuncture. We work together with our chiropractic partners in West Valley. Dr. Craig enjoys gardening and is active in the community as a member of Quota and First United Methodist Church. She has also served on the Board of Director for the Tennessee Chiropractic Association.
